Terms of Service

The service is a formatting and calculation tool for loan officers. It takes a loan scenario you enter and turns it into branded documents: payment summaries, side-by-side loan option comparisons, and pre-approval letters, as PDFs and email drafts carrying your name and brand.

The service is a tool, not a lender, mortgage broker, or financial advisor. It does not originate, underwrite, approve, or fund loans, and it gives no financial, legal, or tax advice.

You need an account to save your brand and download finished documents. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done under your account. You must give accurate account information and be authorized to act as a loan officer in your jurisdiction. You must be at least 18 years old.

The service offers paid subscription plans at the price shown on the pricing page. The Solo plan unlocks all 8 branded tools, PDF downloads, and comparison and rate-option email drafts. The Pro plan includes everything in Solo plus the borrower intake link and lead pipeline. You can use the tools and live previews for free. The email signature and contact card are available on the Free plan. Other finished branded documents and email drafts require a paid plan.

New accounts may receive a 14-day Pro trial without a card. Trial access ends automatically unless you subscribe. Trial eligibility and length may change for future offers.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize a recurring charge at the interval you select, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Annual plans renew yearly. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal inside the app. When you cancel, your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period and does not renew.

Fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or periods in which you did not use the service. Annual plans are non-refundable for the unused portion of the year, except where required by law.

Tracked links store a snapshot of the document scenario and brand so a borrower can open or download it. The service records open and download timestamps. Links expire, and you are responsible for revoking or deleting links that should no longer be available.

Lead Radar reads public Reddit posts matching settings you choose and prepares possible reply drafts for your review. It does not post or contact anyone for you. You are responsible for reviewing each draft and following subreddit rules and applicable advertising laws before posting.

This is the most important section. Read it carefully.

All outputs the service produces, including payment figures, comparison sheets, and pre-approval letters, are estimates and are documents authored by you, the loan officer. The service formats the inputs you provide; it does not verify them. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of every number and statement, for confirming the figures against your lender's actual programs and pricing, and for the accuracy of any document before you share it with a borrower, agent, or third party.

You are solely responsible for your authority to issue a pre-approval and for the truth of any pre-approval, including whether the underlying review actually occurred. A pre-approval letter generated here is your representation, not the service operator's.

You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to your work, including but not limited to the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), ECOA, advertising and disclosure rules, and your state's lending and licensing laws. The service does not check your outputs for legal or regulatory compliance and makes no representation that any output is compliant.

Outputs are not loan offers, commitments, approvals, or guarantees of any rate, term, or loan. They do not create any obligation on the part of the service operator or any lender.

You agree not to use the service to create false, misleading, or fraudulent documents, to misrepresent your identity or authority, or to violate any law or any third party's rights. You agree not to attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

You keep ownership of your brand assets and the scenarios you enter. You grant the service operator a limited license to store and process that content only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to any logo, headshot, or other material you upload.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation or output will meet your needs or be free of mistakes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost business, lost deals, regulatory penalties, or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or from any output you produce with it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to the service in the three months before the claim arose.

We may modify, add, or remove features at any time, and we may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the service unlawfully.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in California will have jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved.
